I've just started a YouTube FTL series, and was wondering what peoples' thoughts on it were?

There are videos of me just trying to get through and finish FTL and other games, like Cobalt and Terraria.

Regarding the video, in my personal opinion you took too long to get started but that's pretty common in videos so it could just be me. I watch videos to see people blowing up pirates, not naming their crew Also, your target audience is people who have played the game enough to know most of the text on the screen, so no need to read it out loud. Note: This is all in my opinion.

Regarding the game: I agree with purchasing the scrap recovery arm, but would have wanted everything that store had to offer. Wow, that was a terrible array of wonderful stuff to offer you in the first sector when you had no resources to buy anything!

All in all, you have a good presence and are entertaining to watch, which is the single most important thing. Keep it up and I'll keep watching!

Thanks for your comments, I'll try to quicken the pace at the beginning of the video (I understand your point of naming the crew ) Also, I won't skip reading the text on-screen, as I think it can help people keep up with what's going on - but I can try to summarise more to keep things moving.
